How does FITCare match me with a Support Worker?
Care with real energy behind it
FITCare Support Services exists to empower people to get what they want out of life — by creating better access to all things. We're a registered NDIS provider on the Sunshine Coast, and we do it with the healthiest team in the business: over half our 60+ Support Workers hold fitness qualifications, alongside swim instructors, yoga teachers, football coaches and distance runners.
The FITCare Community runs on five things
Quality
Screened, trained, supported workers — and standards we're happy to be measured against.
Respect
Your life, your calls. We turn up as guests and act like it.
Adaptability
Plans change, people change — supports that flex with you.
Person-centred
Everything starts with what you want out of life, not what's easy to roster.
Inclusion
Community belongs to everyone. Our job is better access to all of it.
