Fun, Fitness and Strength July 30
These sessions have integrated exercises to improve foundations of strength and fitness, and will involve elements of cardiovascular, strength, control, stability and agility. It is suitable for ALL people and abilities. Some of our participants are new or returning to fitness, and / or have a disability. Individual risk assessments will need to be conducted for each new participant. Maximum group size 18 people
