Is FITCare a registered NDIS provider?

Yes, and we are very proud to be so.

What makes FITCare different to other providers?

All FITCare staff and support workers have a passion for Health and Wellbeing.

Do your staff have Health and Fitness qualifications?

Just over 50% of our staff have fitness qualifications but we also have swimming and yoga instructors, football coaches, distance runners etc. You name the activity; we usually have someone that has some experience in that area!

What areas do your service?

We currently have over 60 support workers servicing the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Gympie regions. We are also in the process of expanding our service into parts of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

I want some assistance with getting fitter and more active but have no funding for “personal training” in my NDIS plan?

: Unfortunately, not many participants receive funding for Personal Training (which is sad) but the good news we can deliver those supports if required via your other core and / or capacity funding.

Do I have to have fitness goals to be with FITCare?

Good question! The answer is no, but we are passionate about improving people’s health and wellbeing and are yet to find a participant without that goal or desire.

How easy is it to start supports with FITCare?

Very easy, fill out the referral form and we will be in contact to arrange a “meet and greet”.

Who will I meet in the “meet and greet”?

You will meet one of our fantastic Service Coordinators, who will be your first point of contact for supports and find the right support workers for you. We are not shy to say, our Service Coordinators are the best in the business!
