Hi, my name is Alex. I moved from Tasmania to the Sunshine Coast at the start of 2025 as I love living near the beach and having an active lifestyle. I’m an enthusiastic and positive person who has a passion for the fitness and health industry. I’ve grown up playing sports, mostly soccer and skiing and was lucky enough to go overseas to compete in alpine ski racing when I was younger. I now enjoy the gym, social oz tag, running, hikes and the beach. In 2024 I worked at a school completing a sport, aquatic and recreation traineeship. I loved supporting the students in outdoor activities and the gymnasium. I’m currently in my second year studying nursing and find enjoyment in supporting and helping people reach their goals.
