Hello, my name is Allison(Ally). I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person, with 4 years experience in personal training. My passion is helping individuals achieve there life's goals and enjoy life. I have a deep love for animals, especially my little sausage dog. I enjoy outdoor activities like walking, swimming and exploring nature, I also enjoy going for coffee and the gym. As a mum of four kids, I am kind hearted, a good listener and always up for a chat. I'm excited to help anyone who wants to achieve there health journey and embrace life with a smile.
