Brenda's story
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I am passionate about cultivating happiness, promoting well-being, and creating an environment where everyone feels respected and valued. I believe that every individual deserves to be supported in a way that encourages them to grow, succeed, and find joy in everyday life.
As an energetic and compassionate individual, I thrive on working with people from all walks of life. Whether I’m engaging in outdoor activities like beach walks or bike rides, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, or golf, or creating healthy, gluten-free recipes, I always find fulfillment in supporting others to live their best lives.
Having worked closely with clients in fitness and wellness, I have developed a deep understanding of how to motivate and encourage individuals to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally. My approach combines a strong belief in equality and respect with a passion for health and well-being. I love helping people uncover what makes them truly happy and supporting them in building a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
In addition to my fitness background, I’m excited to bring my experience and positive energy into my role as a Support Worker at FIT Care. Whether it’s assisting clients with daily activities, offering emotional support, or simply being a companion during fun outdoor adventures, I’m here to make a difference. My goal is to ensure every day is filled with kindness, respect, and, most importantly, happiness for those I work with.
