Tarsh is a dedicated mum, experienced support worker, and wellness professional with over 20 years in the health and fitness industry. She holds a Diploma in Fitness and has built a strong career across fitness coaching, group fitness, wellbeing education, and community support roles.
Tarsh brings a calm, caring, and person-centred approach to her support work. She is deeply passionate about helping people develop greater confidence, independence, and connection through meaningful daily activities, gentle movement, time in nature, and supportive routines. Her focus is always on creating safe, respectful environments where individuals feel empowered to be themselves.
As a mother to a son on the autism spectrum, Tarsh brings valuable lived experience, patience, and genuine understanding to her role. She is particularly skilled at supporting participants with community access, daily living skills, outdoor activities, nutrition, healthy meal preparation, mindfulness, and wellbeing goals — all delivered in a relaxed, encouraging, and down-to-earth manner.
