I am a calm and caring person who is passionate about helping and empowering people. I am patient and empathetic and I always aim to provide a supportive environment where individuals feel they are respected and understood. My health and fitness is very important to me and I love inspiring and encouraging people to improve and maintain their health and fitness as well. I moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2024 as I love the coastal lifestyle and being surrounded by positive, uplifting people. I love going to the beach, walking in nature, travelling, going to the gym or pilates and spending quality time with family & friends.
