I’m a big lover of the outdoors, staying active, and making the most out of everyday life. If there’s sunshine, fresh air, or a good coffee involved, I’m in. I love to travel, meet new people, and swap stories, and you’ll quickly learn that I can talk to just about anyone. I bring a warm, upbeat, and down-to-earth energy into my support work and genuinely enjoy building real connections. I take pride in my cooking, creating calm and positive spaces, and supporting people to live in ways that feel good for them. With a background in fitness and ongoing studies in Occupational Therapy, I’m passionate about encouraging independence, confidence, and enjoying the little moments with a laugh along the way.
