My name is Dan — I’m a proud father of two boys, dad-joke specialist, personal trainer, and outdoor enthusiast. I believe strongly in building genuine relationships founded on trust and mutual respect, as it’s from this space that real growth and positive change can happen. My superpower? Motivating others. I’ve even been nicknamed the “Steve Irwin of Personal Training” — I bring energy, enthusiasm, and a whole lot of fun to health and fitness. Whether it’s building confidence, strength, or wellbeing, there’ll be plenty of laughs and fist pumps along the way! My interests include gym and outdoor workouts, conversations over coffee, everything outdoors, cooking, and fishing.
