Jess

Jess is originally from New Zealand and now calls the Sunshine Coast home — a place she truly loves. A former registered nurse, Jess chose this path after her son was born with severe physical and developmental disabilities. That lived experience gave her a deep, first-hand understanding of what it means to receive support, and it continues to shape the genuine empathy and compassion she brings to her work. Outside of her professional life, Jess stays active through swimming, cycling, the gym, and flat-water kayaking. As a surf lifesaver, she is rarely far from the beach. Jess is passionate about person-centered care and is dedicated to helping every client feel supported to be their best self.
