I’m Luke, a lifelong coastal resident energized most by the outdoors - camping, fishing, or just exploring nature. I’m a lifelong soccer player and have coached teams of various ages and abilities over the past five years, which has helped shape my passion for helping others build confidence through movement. I’m passionate about health and enjoy supporting others to feel stronger mentally and physically. Whether through a walk, a workout, or soccer, I focus on making movement fun and meaningful.
