Megan's story
I like to describe myself as energetic and bighearted. I love my family, animals and the beach. I’m kind, inclusive & very self motivated.
I love to learn, listen & understand. Health & Fitness has always been a strong part of who I am. I love outdoor walks, hiking & mountain climbing. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and have spent the last 3 years training clients in an outdoor fitness facility and also as a health & nutrition mentor.
I love helping people find the fire inside themselves by finding & doing the things that make them happy. I’m always encouraging people to make themselves a priority & improve their health, fitness & general well-being to their greatest ability.
