My name is Rebecca, but most people call me Bec or Bex. I am 41 and have two beautiful sons. My eldest son has a huge heart, has ADHD and Tourette’s. My youngest is, pretty easy-going and loves rainbows and numbers. I am also a cat mum of 2 cuddly Burmese, and I adore them. I have been a group fitness trainer and PT for the last five years and I love it, mainly because I love people and helping them succeed. I enjoy getting to know everyone and hear their stories. I have a great sense of humor, and I like to laugh. I always try and find the positives in bad situations. I love writing and have started writing a book. To sum me up, I would say, energetic, funny, empathetic, honest and happy.
