I’m a joyful and motivated individual from Germany with a strong background in agriculture, a passion for horses and dance, and over six years of experience leading GROOVE dance and FIT classes. My training in Integrative Health supports my holistic approach to well-being, which I bring to every aspect of my work. I stay active through horse riding, cycling, bowls, pickleball, and exploring nature. With experience across farms and corporate teams in diverse cultures, I bring empathy, energy, and a proactive spirit.
